About Mary Pat Anderson

Mission:  My goal is to assist you in reaching your goal. My strength lies in my ability to listen to and act on the individual needs of my clients.

Work Experience:  My past work experience includes being an elementary school teacher, a business owner, working in fund raising in the non-profit sector, computer software training and software sales.

 Personal:  I lived in 15 different homes in 6 states in the first 27 years of marriage. Thankfully, we settled in the Coachella Valley 9 years ago! So if anyone understands the angst of buying and/or selling a home, it would be me. I have been there and I have done that! So believe me when I say that I have lived the process from both ends. I am confident that my personal experiences with buying, selling and moving, provides me with an intimate knowledge of the various needs of individual homebuyers, ranging from first time buyers and growing families to retiring seniors.

 Real Estate:  During my first 6 months of working in real estate in the Coachella Valley, I sold $6.4 million in homes.
