Mary Pat was recommended to me by my Windemere agent that sold my house in Washington. At the time I was living in Puerto Rico and Mary Pat and I would talk on the phone after she had e-mailed me some pictures. I finally made the trip to Palm Springs and Mary Pat and I spent the very hot day looking at properties. They were all exactly what I wanted, but not quite the one. A few weeks later I receive an e-mail from Mary Pat with the subject "pics of your new home". As soon as I opened the pictures, I knew she was right. I did in fact buy the house on my next visit.
